"Still Waiting on My Order After 3 Weeks"
Three weeks ago, I placed an order for two cables. I'm located in Canada, and I haven't heard back from anyone. I've reached out to Monoprice a couple of times via email, but no one has replied. The tracking tool on their website is useless; it hasn't updated since December 25th for either UPS or USPS. After I got in touch with Monoprice, they did send out a replacement.

"Received Cat-5 Instead of UCB-C to Lightning Cable"
I placed an order for a UCB-C to Lightning Cable, but what I got was a low-quality cat-5 cable instead. There’s no phone or email support available. I had to rely on Chat Support, and it took me a good 10 minutes just to figure out how to snap a pic of the wrong item and upload it to their site for them to see.

Update: They did get back to me honestly, sent me two correct cables via FedEx, and even issued a refund, which I didn’t bother checking for $10. So, I’m bumping my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

"Top-notch products and service."
I utilize this monitor riser to position my desktop speakers right at ear height. It's adjustable in a bunch of ways, making it a breeze to get the speakers just right. The vesa plate can rotate flat, giving a spot to place the speaker. The quality of the build is solid, and the outcome feels very sturdy. The only tweak I’d suggest (for my own needs) would be a white option to blend in better.
